GENERAL INTERVIEW QUESTIONS FOR ALL JOBS
1) Tell me about yourself. (This question is the first question in most of the job onterviews- you must be prepared to answer this question, if you say more than what they expected from you for this question- it does not matter, but answering in fluency and brief details helps you to get job. First impression in job interview also give you the chance to get job)
2) Why did you choose this profession (You must be prepared to say somethong good in your job, and say why do you like your profession. If your present selection post was your dream job during your early childhood, say about your thoughts and dreams)
3) Why did you left your previous job? (For this question dont say anything about your senior or supervisor or manager, complaining about your senior is not good, don't say about his bad character and don't blame your company or any personnels. Instead you can say that you want to learn something more, OR you can say your personal problems to change the job but do not say about your previous companies loop holes)
4) How much emoluments you expect from us? (Do not say much bigger amount which not suits your present designation, but you can expect 30-45% more than your previous job payment.)
5) How successful were your interviews in other places?
6) Why should we hire you?
7) What is your greatest weakness? (Never say a big weakness, just find a positive and try to frame it as a weakness. So when your interviewer asks you to name a professional weakness related to your job, you just say “I work too hard” or “I’m just so awesome or “I care too much” that it can be distracting to others.”
