Question: What are your short-term goals? Long-term goals? Answer: The interviewer wants to see whether you’ve thought about what you want to do with your life. Your short-term goal might be “To learn everything you can about the organization and the industry, to identify the opportunities.” By that time, you should have a better feeling for your long-range goals. It’s difficult to form true long-term goals before you have some work experience as a basis. You can be honest about that. 

1) Tell me about yourself? This question is your chance to sell yourself. For example, tell the panel what you are doing at school/college/work, what your hobbies and interests are and anything else that will make you stand out from the crowd. 2) Give an example of when you have worked as part of a team? This could be an example from school, extra curricular interests, such as sports, or from any work experience you have. The interviewer will be looking to see that you understand how to work and achieve as part of a team. 3) What would your colleagues/friends say are your best qualities? You can ask friends and colleagues what your best qualities are to help you plan a strong answer to this. 4) Can you tell me anything about our company?
