Before sending your resume, be certain you have remained alert to the following things that often go wrong with resume writing.

  • Resume has too many job listings.
  • Resume lacks strategic arrangement of information.
  • Resume has too many points per job listings.
  • Resume Lacks action verbs.
  • Resume lacks sense of direction or indicated progression of skills.
  • Resume contains exaggerated information.
  • Resume lacks consistant formatting.
  • Resume does not explain missing years.
  • Resume is not professionally printed.
