Smile: Always smile it will help you to overcome your nerves, convey confidence (even if you are nervous), help develop rapport and put others at ease.
Handshake: When you meet the interviewers you should shake their hands. Make sure that you have a firm grip and a confident shake. Take time to practice this with friends and family to get it just right.
Posture: Don’t slouch or fidget as this can be distracting and make you seem disinterested. Don’t fiddle with jewellery or pens or anything else that could be distracting
Eye Contact: Make sure that you have eye contact during the interview as this will demonstrate your interest and indicate that you are listening. If you have a panel interview try to make eye contact with all of the interviewers throughout the interview.
